Order Cancellation Timeline

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped from our warehouse. If your order has already been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy instead.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, no cancellation fees will be charged. The full order amount, including taxes, will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. However, if the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed for shipping, a nominal processing fee may be deducted to cover the costs incurred in packing and preparing your order for dispatch.

Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only a part of your order (e.g., one or more items), you may do so provided that the cancellation request is made within the permitted time frame. The refund for the cancelled items will be processed, and the remaining items in your order will be shipped as per schedule. If the order has already been packed, partial cancellation may not be possible.

Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been shipped from our facility, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may opt to return the product after delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Bulk Orders and Custom Orders

If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or as per the instructions provided by our customer support team.

Product Availability and Order Modification

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel that item from your order or the entire order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund. If you wish to modify your order, such as changing the quantity or selecting a different variant, please contact us as soon as possible.
