Cancellation Policy

At Cruise Aura, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and fair, outlining the conditions and fees that may apply should you need to cancel your luxury cruise booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your travel advisor or directly to Cruise Aura at info@cruiseaura.com.

Cancellation Fees & Timeframes:

Cancellation charges are based on the date your written notice is received by Cruise Aura relative to the departure date. Given the exclusive and curated nature of our voyages, which include reserved accommodations, charters, and private services, the following fee schedule applies:

• 120+ days prior to departure: Full refund of cruise fare, less a $250 per person administrative fee.
• 90 to 119 days prior to departure: 25% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.
• 60 to 89 days prior to departure: 50% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.
• 30 to 59 days prior to departure: 75% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.
• Within 30 days of departure: 100% of total cruise fare is non-refundable.

Please note: Airfare, hotel packages, transfers, and pre-booked excursions are subject to their own cancellation policies, which may incur additional fees.

Travel Protection Plan:

We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive Travel Protection Plan at the time of booking. A suitable plan can safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, family issues, or other covered reasons for cancellation or interruption. Please review plan details carefully, as coverage varies.

Name Changes & Cruise Date Transfers:

A name change on a booking is considered a cancellation and is subject to the fees outlined above. Requests to transfer your booking to a different Cruise Aura voyage date will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the creation of a new booking, subject to prevailing rates and availability, in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.

Cruise Aura-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that Cruise Aura must cancel a voyage for operational or safety reasons, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund of all monies paid or a future cruise credit for a higher value. Cruise Aura is not liable for any additional costs incurred, such as non-refundable airfare, and we again recommend travel insurance.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to embark on your scheduled sailing without prior written cancellation will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total cruise fare.
