These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.cruiseaura.com ("Website") and all bookings and purchases made with Cruise Aura ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Website or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue a confirmation invoice. The guest making the booking ("the Lead Passenger") agrees to these Terms on behalf of all persons named on the booking. The definitive contract for your voyage is the Passage Contract, which will be provided upon final payment and incorporates these Terms. It is the Lead Passenger’s responsibility to ensure all guests are aware of and agree to these Terms.
All fares are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Fares typically include accommodation, meals, selected beverages, and onboard entertainment as specified. They exclude airfare, transfers, shore excursions, gratuities, spa services, premium beverages, and personal expenses unless explicitly stated. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with full payment due no later than 90 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be made according to the schedule outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Administrative fees and charges for non-refundable components (such as airfare or special event tickets) will apply. We strongly recommend purchasing a comprehensive Travel Protection Plan at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or alter any voyage, itinerary, or shore excursion for reasons including but not limited to safety, weather, mechanical issues, or acts of government. In such events, our liability is limited to offering a substitute voyage of comparable standard, a future cruise credit, or a refund of the monies paid for the unused portion of the voyage, at our discretion. Cruise Aura is not liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by the guest, such as airfare changes.
Guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) and ensuring they meet all entry requirements for the voyage. Guests must comply with all onboard rules, regulations, and instructions from the ship’s Master and crew. Cruise Aura reserves the right to refuse embarkation or disembark any guest whose conduct is deemed to endanger safety, inconvenience other guests, or violate these Terms, without refund.
Cruise Aura's liability is expressly limited as provided in the Passage Contract and by applicable international conventions. We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property unless directly caused by our proven negligence. Our liability for any claim is capped to the amount paid for the voyage. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent contractors (e.g., shore excursion operators, airlines).
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cruise Aura or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Cruise Aura reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
